Warranty assessment

A workmanship review is different from a product-manufacturer warranty.

Any warranty period, remedy and exclusions must come from the approved quotation, invoice or handover record. Product components may carry separate supplier or manufacturer conditions.

Normal wear, misuse, external damage, blocked access, unauthorised changes, new faults and conditions outside the completed scope may not be covered. A review should identify whether the concern relates to workmanship, a supplied item or a different system.
